FIELD: production of canned goods from meat and vegetables.
SUBSTANCE: fresh cabbage is shredded and frozen. Onion is cut and roasted in melt fat. Beef is chopped. Wheat flour is roasted. Cheese is grated, and parsley is cut. Abovementioned components are blended in oxygen-free atmosphere with chicken eggs, semolina, table salt, black pepper, pimento, bay leaf and caraway. Obtained mixture and bone broth are pre-packed, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
