FIELD: medicine, cardio-vascular surgery.

SUBSTANCE: one should successively squeeze brachiocephalic vessels at the bottom and lance them longitudinally, introduce a cannula with ligature into the lumen and fix it with tourniquets, remove the clamp from the bottom of the vessel, suture vascular prosthesis towards brachiocephalic vessels "end-to-side", remove tourniquets and remove cannula from vessel's lumen into vascular prosthesis with a ligature. Then aortas should be squeezed being below its aneurismal widening, between two clamps and longitudinally lance its lumen, introduce cannula and fix it with tourniquets, remove the clamp from aorta, suture up aortic prosthesis "end-to-side", squeeze aorta and remove cannula, apply the clamp onto proximal end of aortic prosthesis, use apparatus for artificial circulation followed by suturing up a valve-containing conduit and applying anastomosis between prosthesis of aortic arch and conduit. The innovation enables to shorten time for artificial circulation at no stoppage of artificial circulation and cooling of patient's body.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
