FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: for operation on aortic arch, involving exclusion of aortic arch branches from blood circulation, prosthetic aortic arch with prosthetic brachiocephalic trunk, left common carotid artery and left clavicular artery is used. Distal end of prosthetic aortic arch, and prosthetic brachiocephalic trunk, left common carotid artery and left clavicular artery is clamped in advance at the base. Ascending aorta is loosened parietally and sutured to proximal end of prosthetic aortic arch. Further descending aorta id loosened parietally and sutured to distal end of prosthetic aortic arch, clamp is removed from distal end of prosthetic aortic arch, brachiocephalic trunk is clamped at the base and sutured to prosthetic brachiocephalic trunk, clamp is removed from brachiocephalic trunk base and prosthetic brachiocephalic trunk base, left common carotid artery is clamped at the base and sutured to prosthetic left common carotid artery, clamp is removed from left common carotid artery base and prosthetic left common carotid artery base, left clavicular artery is clamped at the base and sutured to prosthetic left clavicular artery, clamp is removed from left clavicular artery base and prosthetic left clavicular artery base, aortic arch exclusion from blood circulation, and aneurysm resection.

EFFECT: reduced time of clamping brachiocephalic trunk, left common carotid artery and left clavicular artery.
