SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to isolate and take by holders the tendon of long flexor of II-IV toes. Patient's foot should be applied at direct angle against the ankle. One should apply sutures-labels onto skin and tendon at one and the same level. Unbend toes to mark the values of label's shift upon the tendon against the label on skin followed by Z-shaped dissecting and lengthening the tendon of II-IV toes behind internal ankle. The innovation enables to remove hammer deformation of II-IV toes at keeping bending function.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
