SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to orthopedics. Capsule of proximal interphalangeal joint is dissected. Cartilage part of main phalanx head is resected. Correcting resection of base of middle phalanx of proximal interphalangeal joint is performed. Arthrodesis is formed by matching resected ends of phalanxes in proximal interphalangeal joint with minimal extension with its fixation by means of two intersecting pins. Control of toe withdrawal from position of dorsiflexion is carried out, and either capsulotomy of joint in case of insufficient dorsiflexion with elongation of tendon of toe extensor or without it is performed by holding toe in metatarsophalangeal joint by passing the same pins into head, or resection of main phalanx base is performed without elimination of extension contracture, with formation of diastasis in metatarsophalangeal joint with further passing the same pins into the head of metatarsal bone.
