FIELD: containers, packaging elements or packages, specially adapted for particular articles or materials, for instance for corrosive chemicals.

SUBSTANCE: tank is made of elastic porous fluorocarbon polymer, which provides slight shrinkage of through hole punched in tank wall with billet and prevents tank wall fragment dispersion. Remainder hole is closed with fluorocarbon polymer strips due to pressure difference. Tank comprises reinforcing rings and flexible fluorocarbon polymer strips fastened to the rings so that the strips are perpendicular to inner tank walls. Fluorocarbon polymer strip lengths exceed distance between the rings by ring length. Inner tank wall areas defined between the rings are covered with plates made of fluorocarbon polymer.

EFFECT: prevention of toxic liquid component leakage in the case of tank wall punching, for instance with high-speed bullets, shell fragments and so on, increased ecological safety.
