FIELD: mechanical engineering, in particular, tank protection methods.
SUBSTANCE: composition tank for aggressive liquid contains fiber matrix, has generator and light impulse receiver, interconnected by fiber matrix made of optically transparent material. One row of optical fibers is positioned in the composite equidistantly around tank rotation axis, and another row of optical fibers is positioned equidistantly along one-coil screw lines. One ends of optical fibers are gathered in a bundle on tank bottom and optically connected to light impulse generator, other ends of optical fibers are gathered in a bundle on opposite bottom of tank and optically connected to light impulse receiver. On internal walls of tank bottoms manipulators are mounted, connected to hydraulic pumps, computer and power supply. Manipulators are connected to bases of telescopic extending bars, ends of which are equipped with fluorocarbon polymer shields in form of tank wall segment. As working liquid of telescopic extending bars, the aggressive liquid being transported is used, which is fed from the tank into hollows of telescopic extending bars by hydraulic pumps.
EFFECT: increased ecological safety during transportation of aggressive liquids, including cases of wall penetration.
