CONTROL OF MULTI-SECTION MACHINE Russian patent published in 2006 - IPC C03B9/41

Abstract RU 2285672 C2

FIELD: control of multi-section glass-forming machine.

SUBSTANCE: each mechanism of glass-forming machine is switched on/off at selected angles within closed 360-degree machine cycle. Control system ensures conversion of switching on/off angles of closed 360-degree machine cycle during period of time of switching on/off bottle forming process of developed cycle requiring more than two machine cycles for completion; technological route is analyzed for determination of possibility of optimized technological route; if technological route is optimized, analysis is repeated at all fixed optimized magnitudes but for one or more periods of duration at their maximum. Second optimization defines duration of motion at maximum setting for slowing-down motion of drives for minimization of their wear.

EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of control system; increased productivity.
