FIELD: control of multi-section machines.
SUBSTANCE: control system includes section of initial shaping mold for forming parison from glass mass drop which includes some mechanisms, blowing section for forming bottle from parison also provided with some mechanisms, metering system including cutting mechanism for separation of drop from glass mass flow for delivery of it to initial shaping mold section; system is also provided with device for transfer of parison from initial shaping mold section to blowing section and mechanism for removal of bottle from initial shaping mold section. Glass forming machine has preset time of machine cycle; each mechanism has preset cycle completed within one machine cycle; duration of motion of each mechanism may be determined. Provision is made for relative effect between motion of glass mass drop, parison, bottle and separate mechanisms; heat treatment of parison and bottle includes several processes which are completed during period of time of one machine cycle; technological air flow is fed for at least one process by switching-on the feed valve which is switched-off during one machine cycle; bottle forming process of developed cycle requires more than one cycle for its completion. Beginning of motion of each mechanism and switching on/off of feed valve are controllable procedures started in definite succession; provision is made for computerized model of mathematical representation of diagram of limitation of bottle forming process of developed cycle.
EFFECT: facilitated operation of machine and its adjustment; increased productivity.
