FIELD: control of multi-section machines.
SUBSTANCE: proposed control system includes determination of data required for setting the controllable procedures in glass-forming machine which is controlled by programmed succession shaper which defines time of machine cycle. Computerized model of mathematical representation for diagram of limitation of bottle forming process is provided with computer analysis for analysis of computerized model at input of data including duration of motion, duration of sub-motion, machine cycle time, time of bottle forming process for beginning of each motion and for switching on/off of each valve and target time for optimized machine cycle: time of machine cycle and time of procedures for optimized process.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of control system; increased productivity.
