SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of ammunition, in particular, to the method of production of the fine-grain combined powders and may be used for manufacture of powders to the cartridges of the small arms: sports-hunting rifles, pistols, rifles cartridges. The invention presents the method of production of the fine-grain combined powders to the small arms providing for preparation of the powder mass by mixing the components including the obsolete powder in the volatile solvent, filtration of the produced powder mass, molding of the powder cord through the bushes into the fine-grain powders without a needle, cutting-off for the powder members of the 0.4-0.5 mm length, drying, milling to the thickness of 0.06-0.12 mm, removal of the solvent by drying and blackleading. As the out-of-date powder they use pyroxylin powder or the mixture of the pyroxylin powder and 20-80 mass % of the ballistite powders. The contents of the out-of-date powder at preparation of the powder mass compounds up to 100%. The invention ensures production of the fine-grain combined fast-burning powder for the modern small arms.
