FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: vortex pipe comprises spiral swirling chamber whose inlet is provided with supersonic nozzle. One of the faces of the swirling chamber is formed by the diaphragm with axial opening for discharging cold gas and is bounded by the pipe for generating hot gas from the opposite side of the chamber with respect to the diaphragm. The diameter of the pipe exceeds that of the axial opening of the diaphragm. The spiral swirling chamber is formed by permeable wall, and from the outer side of the wall there is a space for discharging condensate or gas-condensate mixture.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
