FIELD: designing and production of piece firearm, applicable for identification of the barrel of a rifled firearm manufactured by small lots.
SUBSTANCE: the rifled weapon barrel is made at least with one marking element on its inner surface leaving traces on the bullet at a shot. At least one rifle with a changed shaped of cross-section is used as the marking element, variation of the rifle width does not exceed 6.4%, and that of the depth - 8.7% of the initial value of the barrel rifles.
EFFECT: provided identification of barrels of the rifled weapon, preferably manufactured by small lots.
