FIELD: designing and manufacture of custom-made firearm, applicable for marking of the barrel of a rifled firearm manufactured in small lots.
SUBSTANCE: the firearm marking system has marking and additional marking elements on the inner surface of the rifled barrel. At least one rifle is used as the marking element, variation of the linear dimensions of the rifle does not exceed 6.2 per cent relative to the linear dimensions of the standard rifle of the firearm, and a striker of the preset shape and three lugs on the case extractor with the preset shape and distance between them and used as the additional marking elements.
EFFECT: provided identification of the rifled weapon both by bullet and by empty case.
