FIELD: electrical engineering; metal cabinets with doors and walls for disposing electrical and electronic parts and devices.
SUBSTANCE: proposed metal section ensures outward support for closing panels. It has inward brackets for attaching and installing cabinet components as well as for disposing electrical and electronic devices therein. Cross-sectional geometry of section is dictated by rectangular-section tube structure where termination is directed inward and opposing termination, outward of cabinet. These two terminations are assembled of one-piece panels which are not joined with remaining terminations produced due to attachment of sheet forming two first terminations. Double wall starts from this point in same plane as adjacent walls of termination to form opposing ferrules whose ends are bent at right angle to form short ends. The latter have slots and are spaced in parallel from adjacent termination walls. Termination wall has outwardly directed projection that forms perpendicular ferrule. Section configuration produced in the process enables assembly of structures with various closing panels and doors.
EFFECT: facilitated assembly procedure.
