SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of applying metal profiles for cabinets and electrical cabinets. The technical result is achieved by the structural metal profile for an electrical cabinet having an internal fastening wall (1), an internal fastening side (2), an external fastening wall (3), an external fastening side (4), and an intermediate side (10), forming a rectangular quadrilateral with a central bridge (6) crossing the internal part thereof declining from the internal fastening wall (1) towards the internal fastening side (2). Profile (P) is made in the form of an integral curved sheet, one of the ends thereof is a reinforcing protrusion (5), and another end is an external U-shaped protrusion (9) positioned around the internal folded protrusion (8). The first side of the internal protrusion (8) is connected with the central bridge (6) near the internal fastening side (2), and the second side thereof is connected with the intermediate side (10) connected with the external fastening wall (3). The external protrusion (9) is connected with the internal fastening side (2) at one of the sides thereof, and the second side of the external protrusion (9) is a protrusion made for performing final crimping of the profile (P), wherein the internal (8) and external (9) protrusions form a quadruple layer referred to as the fastening protrusion (F). The internal fastening wall (1) has a sealing protrusion (11) at the end thereof opposite to the internal fastening side (2), with a U-shaped part, one side of said part being a continuation of the internal fastening wall (1). The sealing protrusion (11) has a frontal sealing area (VF) at the curved end thereof, in the form of an overlap clamping the reinforcing protrusion (5) by the sides so as to form a triple layer. The reinforcing protrusion (5) is connected with the central bridge (6), and the fastening wall (3) has a lateral sealing area (VL) in the part thereof near the intermediate wall (10).
EFFECT: creation of a metal profile of an electric cabinet with a high structural rigidity of the profile allowing for use with a smaller width, providing the largest useful assembly area inside the cabinet and a high degree of insulation between the internal and external areas of the electric cabinet.
