SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to dissect a tendon of transverse caput from total tendon of adducting muscle of great toe by keeping the fixation to the caput's bottom of the 1st metatarsal bone the tendon of oblique caput of great toe-adducting muscle, the capsule of the 1st metatarso-phalangeal joint should be transversely and longitudinally dissected at the caput's bottom of metatarsal bone from plantar side, dissect altered capsular part from median side to dissect it P-shapely from plantar side at fixing the tendon of transverse caput of great toe-adducting muscle towards the lower edge of plantar capsular-tendinous fragment and median edge of median sesamoid bone and in the canal of the 1st metatarsal caput's bottom that prevents the relapse of deformation.
