FIELD: medicine, cardiovascular surgery.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with manufacturing biological prostheses of pulmonary artery valve due to the following technique: it is necessary to prepare a volumetric pattern that follows both configuration and size of the valve followed by cutting a valve out of xenopericardium to fix it upon the plate-foundation. Then one should fulfill presentation of this volumetric patter onto the plane to make a French curve according to it that helps to cut a valve out of pretreated xenopericardial fragment. Then it should be fixed at the plate-foundation along the contour with possibility to be pressed to the plate-foundation during the work of implanted valve and with the chance to provide free blood passage in pulmonary artery in case of backwards blood flow. The innovation provides increased reliability of prosthesis' active work and its expiry terms.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
