FIELD: medicine; cardiovascular surgery.

SUBSTANCE: before connection of the cardiopulmonary bypass apparatus echocardiography is used to measure the outlet ventricle diameter. Then xenopericardial flap is cut out to form tubular part of conduit, as well as an autopericardial flap treated with glutaric aldehyde to form collar confinement elements. Dimensions of the leaflets and tubular part of the conduit are calculated using original formulas. Obtained conduit is implanted into position of excised portion of right ventricular outlet.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to form a valve-containing conduit of auto- and xenopericardium, intraoperatively on the basis of the individual patient's TEE data, which allows avoiding intra- and postoperative complications.
