FIELD: railway transport; safety of traffic.
SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for setting into operation rotary mechanisms cyclically shifting rotating parts from one extreme position into the other. Motor and reciprocating and turbine barrier part are arranged on common base. Voltage is supplied to actuator of motor, and torque, thus formed, is supplied directly to axle of rotation of barrier part, fixing it in upper position by means of lock mechanism. To lower the part, voltage is supplied to lock mechanism actuator for short time, thus providing free turning of part into horizontal position. Actuators are made of metal with memorized shape effect.
EFFECT: provision of reliable operation of drive especially at low ambient temperatures, at no adverse effect on environment.
