FIELD: space engineering; manufacture of thermostatted panels.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes manufacture of manifold of required configuration and test of panel for strength and tightness and check of hydraulic resistance of its liquid passage; then surface of manifold shelf is connected with surface of skin by means of heat-conducting adhesive and components of panel are connected as follows: skins are connected with honeycomb filler manifolds and outfit parts by bonding and are placed in thermal furnace at definite pressure and temperature conditions. Then holes of definite depth are made in honeycomb panel for mounting the inserts having tapped holes for screws securing the devices to panel and inserts are bonded in said holes, after which panel is subjected to test for action of mechanical loads, degassing, thermal cycling, final tests for strength and tightness of liquid passage and check of geometric parameters. After making holes for inserts, liquid passage of panel is subjected to additional test for strength and tightness.
EFFECT: improved quality of panel.
