FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method of producing three-layer cellular panel with built-in heat tubes made from aluminium alloy comprises fabricating cellular panel assembly elements: plating, cellular filler, saturation parts and heat tubes. After determining pressure difference between evaporation and condensation sections, heat tubes are placed n thermal chamber to be heated for at least 36 hours at temperature equal to that of gluing cellular panel elements, in thermal furnace of plus 5°C. Each heat tube is arranged inclined to horizontal plane, by its one end incorporating feeding union, and above opposite end intended for collecting ammonia liquid phase in heat tube inner space bottom part. Then, feeding union is smoothly depressurized for time sufficient for decreasing heat tube weight equal to excess ammonia fed into heat tube. Said feeding union is finally pressurised. Now, after degassing of cellular panel, temperature difference between aforesaid evaporation and condensation sections if controlled for compliance with design values.
EFFECT: reduced pressure difference kept invariable in fabrication and operation.
