FIELD: pyrotechnics.

SUBSTANCE: invention proposes pyrotechnic composition comprising titanium powder, potassium perchlorate powder and boron as energetic additive and sodium hexafluoroaluminate. Pyrotechnic composition shows the following indices: specific gas evolving, 1-3 cm3/g; heat generation, 413-490 cal/g, and combustion temperature, 1450-1720°C. Invention can be used in different devices wherein the pyrotechnic composition must provide heat generation in the strictly dosed amount for required time interval and at low value of specific gas evolving.

EFFECT: improved and valuable properties and indices of composition.
