FIELD: building materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to formaldehyde-base aqueous binding compositions, insulating materials based on such compositions, and to a method for using these compositions for making fiberglass insulating material and related fiberglass articles. Invention proposes a binding composition comprising mixture of water and thermally hardening adduct representing practically infinitely diluted with water or dispersed in water that is formed in the esterifying reaction of components of monomeric polycarboxylic acid and monomeric polyol. Also, invention relates to a method for binding freely woven mar made of glass fiber by the proposed composition and to the prepared material made of glass fiber. Articles made of the proposed fiberglass can be widely used in building.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of composition and material.
