FIELD: construction, particularly safety or protective measures for persons during the construction of buildings.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises fastening tackle to connect worker to immovable building structure part. The fastening tackle includes safety belts or safety waistband and latching connection, as well as bolting member adapted to be built in concrete so that worker may be safely fixed to the bolting member after concrete setting and device securing to immovable building structure part. Device also has post movably connected to bolting member by lower end thereof. The post is also fastened to rope by upper post end. Lower rope end is linked to fastening tackle so that the rope may rotate about vertical post axis. Once concrete has hardened worker may be safely fixed to object under construction and may move within the limits of round working site about said vertical axis.

EFFECT: simplified assemblage and increased operational convenience.
