FIELD: mining, particularly casing pipe centralizers.
SUBSTANCE: centralizer comprises tubular component cut from tubular member and shell surrounding tubular member. Centralizer also has at least one blade with the first lever connected to tubular component so that the first lever may rotate with respect to tubular component between the first position, in which the first lever is retracted in radial direction, and the second position, in which the first lever is projected in radial direction. The centralizer also comprises the second lever connected to tubular component in point spaced a distance from connection point between the fist lever and tubular component in peripheral direction. The second lever has end part connected with the first lever so that the first lever may move from retracted position into projected position during radial tubular component expansion.
EFFECT: increased stability of radially expandable tubular member located in well bore drilled in ground.
