SUBSTANCE: stabilizer comprises tubular component to be expanded in radial direction and cut from tubular member section and shaped as shell surrounding tubular member. Stabilizer also has at least one lever member connected to tubular component. Each lever member may be displaced from radially retracted position in radially projected position under the action of resilient force applied thereto. Stabilizer additionally has fixing means, which retains lever member in retracted position when tubular member is in its non-expanded position and releases lever member during radial tubular component expansion for lever member displacement in its projected position.
EFFECT: increased stability of tubular member to be expanded in radial direction inside well bore.
