FIELD: mechanical engineering; position displacement hydraulic machines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic motors and pumps with internal meshing of rotors, particularly, to multiphase operation of such motors and pumps. Method of lubrication of internal meshing rotary machine by forced delivery of oil is provided by closed circulation circuit with direct orientation of oil flow at inlet of machine body. Oil is pressure-fed from oil reservoir at pressure equal to pressure of working medium in pressure branch pipe of machine. Firstly, oil flow is directed centrally along space of shaft, and then translational reciprocating motion is imparted to oil flow, and at end of shaft space, in direction of oil flow, the latter is divided into several flows of smaller diameter by passing oil through turbulizing radial channels, flows are swirled and accelerated owing to rotation of rotor shaft and then said accelerated oil flow is divided into two flows one of which is turned in reverse direction along shaft n form of isolated flow is directed along connecting radial channels to each bearing unit and is brought out of machine body, and the other accelerated oil flow is brought out of machine body through calibrated throttling holes in end face cover of body and is returned into initial oil reservoir. Two design versions of internal meshing rotary machine are claimed which implement proposed method of lubrication.
EFFECT: improved efficiency and stability of lubrication and cooling of machine at all operating conditions owing to self-regulation of oil pressure in lubrication system at change of machine operating conditions, prevention of break-through of working medium into machine lubrication system.
