FIELD: mechanical engineering; rotary internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: proposed machine has vane rotary engine with fuel, lubrication and cooling systems, rotary blower and gas suction device mounted on its shaft. Multiple-layer engine cylinder has inner gas recuperative channels. Fuel systems includes also air receiver. Exhaust branch pipe of blower is directly connected with receiver. Engine exhaust chamber is connected with suction chamber of gas suction device. Lubrication system is combined with additional system of oil circulation cooling of engine rotor inner space through inner holes and channels. Receiver can be welded from set of tubes whose axes are arranged in one plane. Tubes form frame for mounting of rotary machine. EFFECT: reduced fuel consumption at high reliability in operation. 4 cl, 15 dwg
