FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to positive displacement hydraulic machines, namely, hydraulic motors and pumps with internal engagement of rotors, particularly, to multiphase use of such machines. Proposed machine contains outer rotor with internal teeth and inner rotor with external teeth installed with eccentricity inside outer rotor and rigidly coupled with shaft to form working suction and delivery spaces between teeth and spaces of both rotors, and ring end face disks coaxial to outer rotor and adjoining by flat ring surface to both end faces of outer and inner rotors over entire thickness of said ring surface. Machine is provided with elastic resilient polymeric coating. Ring end face disks are rigidly coupled with end faces of outer rotor with formation of common rotating part by means of threaded members arranged on symmetry axes of each toroth of outer rotor at level of middle of depth of tooth or by means of mounting threaded rings coaxial to outer rotor. Thickness of flat ring surface of each end face disk complies with definite relation.
EFFECT: improved reliability and increased service life of rotary machine.
