SUBSTANCE: hydraulic cylinder comprises power cylindrical hydraulic mechanism that receives main hollow piston made of two members of different diameters, pressure and drain hoses connected with the power cylindrical hydraulic mechanism through the control block, and working member connected with the rod. The working member is made of two working members. The first working member is movable and is secured to the main tip provided with plug and mounted in the first face of the power cylindrical mechanism for permitting reciprocation along the longitudinal axis of the power hydraulic mechanism. The second working member is mounted from the side of the second face of the power cylindrical hydraulic mechanism. The pipe is mounted with a spaced relation to the inner surface of the rod. The control unit is mounted on the pressure-tight housing mounted on the side of the power cylindrical hydraulic mechanism. The space of the power cylindrical hydraulic mechanism receives bearing washer that is arranged along the longitudinal axis of the pressure-tight housing.
