FIELD: tool-making industry.
SUBSTANCE: thermostat of chromatograph consists of body with door, chromatograph column, positioned in body in working zone, mixing chamber, heater, ventilator, input and output channels for air with controlled shutters. Introduced additionally is thermo-isolating screen, installed inside the body with forming of a gap. Working zone is positioned inside the thermo-isolating screen, at output of which heater is mounted and a cover, forming a mixing chamber, inside which impeller of ventilator is mounted, providing feeding of air inside thermostat through input channels, positioned on back wall of body. Thermo-isolating screen is made collapsible, with flat and U-shaped sections, containing two layers of sheet material, held together by hollow bushings, thermo-isolators are coated in thermo-resistant fabric and positioned between layers of sheet material along their perimeter.
EFFECT: decreased temperature gradient in the volume of thermostat, decreased heating power in isothermal mode, decreased thermostat cooling time and decreased aerodynamic resistance.
