FIELD: fish rearing, biotechnology, in particular preparation of fertilized fish roe to incubation.
SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes blending of roe with adsorbent representing clay slurry in water. Bentonite is additionally introduced in adsorbent composition in bentonite/clay mass ratio of (2.0-2.5):1, respectively and blending of roe with adsorbent is carried out for 35-40 min. Method of present invention makes it possible to increase hardy larva yield by 10 %.
EFFECT: decreased traumatizing of roe shells; increased hardy larva yield.
