FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: according to the method in incubation the spawning nests inseminated with pike perch roe, located at 3-5 stages of embryonic development, are placed in the straight-flow pools with water levels of 0.2-0.3 m at placing density of roe on the spawning substrate to 300 thousand units/m2, the water temperature of 15-18°C, 80-100% oxygenation of water, the pH value of 6.5-7.5. After the appearance of larvae they are transferred to the pools with closed cycle of water supply at placing density of 30-50 thousand per m2. With the mass growth of the larvae the placing density is reduced. Larvae feeding is started on day 3 after hatching, consistently for 30 days changing the cultures of infusoria, chlorella, rotifers, brine shrimps, at a daily dose of live food of 50-100%. Introduction of artificial starting feed is carried out on days 8-10. Upon reaching the average mass of fingerlings of 1 g the large and mid-size young fish are collected to the replacement group which is transferred to the straight-flow pools or pools with central flow. On the third year in the period from December to February the "artificial wintering" is carried out with the water temperature of 6-10°C, after completion of spawning the producers are returned to the pools for feeding.

EFFECT: invention provides obtaining of high-quality offspring from constantly exploited breeder stock of pike perch.
