FIELD: aquaculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fish farming, namely to methods for increasing the efficiency of incubation of salmonid fish eggs. Fertilized eggs at the eyed egg stage are placed for incubation in a refrigerator. Incubation is carried out in culture plates, in which the eggs are placed 1-3 eggs per hole of the plate and are immersed in an aqueous solution of aryl chalcogenyl acetate tris(2-hydroxyethyl)ammonium, with the chemical formula 4-Cl-C6H4SO2CH2C(O)O-⋅HN+(CH2CH2OH)3, with a concentration not exceeding 0.0001%.
EFFECT: invention provides maximum survival of fish eggs without forced aeration and with minimal labor costs.
