FIELD: production of canned goods from ravioli and pork broth.
SUBSTANCE: canned goods are prepared by fresh white cabbage shredding and freezing, cutting of pork and onion, blending of abovementioned components in oxygen-free atmosphere with sesame seeds, soy sauce, table salt, and black pepper to produce mince, gardenstuff cutting, blending of wheat flour with milk, chicken eggs and table salt to produce dough followed by rolling and cutting thereof. Ravioli are formed from mince and dough, roasted in grease, pre-packed with gardenstuff and pork bone broth, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
