SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to match artificial plastic fittings teeth by color, size and in accordance with morphology of nonexistent teeth in dental rows upon diagnostic models of jaws, fit fittings teeth for anatomo-topographic peculiarities of defects in dental rows upon gypsum models due to completing oral surface of pericervical area with modeling wax, strengthen fittings teeth with pericervical part due to applying sticky wax to the crest of toothless part of alveolar process of the jaw to obtain an imprint from gypsum model with silicone material, then fittings teeth should be removed to form trapezoid cavities on their oral-proximal surfaces by creating a cavity between them - a crosspiece, then fittings teeth should be applied into imprint's grooves to treat with a monomer, as for their vestibular surface - it should be covered with separating lac, supporting teeth should be prepared, self-hardening plastics should be applied into the imprint with introduced fittings teeth in it, the imprint should be applied onto prepared supporting teeth and after plastic polymerization it should be removed out of oral cavity to remove excessive parts of plastics from prepared temporary denture. It is necessary to correct occlusion relations between temporary denture and teeth-antagonists to grind, polish and fix a denture onto supporting teeth. Due to excluding laboratory stage the innovation suggested enables to prepare temporary fixed partial denture per one visit to orthopedic stomatologist and provides high esthetic values and solidity of denture's dental row.
