FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to orthopedic dentistry, and is intended for application in prosthetics with temporary dental prostheses. To transfer desirable occlusion landmarks of patient into device software preliminary functional rough wax modeling of occlusive interrelationship in form of cones is performed on working gypsum models in articulator. By means of optic impression replacement of modeled situation into computer is performed. Virtual modeling of prosthesis is carried out by means of software Cerec 3D (Sirona, Germany). Polyurethane parallelepiped with size corresponding to standard ceramic blocks by firm Sirona is made by method of casting. Installation of obtained polyurethane unit into holder of milling module InLabMCXL is carried out. Temporary dental prosthesis is milled. Obtained construction of undetachable dental prosthesis is separated from fixing element with further grinding and polishing of obtained construction. Prosthesis is fitted and fixed on support teeth in oral cavity.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to recover patient's chewing function, ensure formation of cervical line and prevention of mucosa pinching due to manufacturing temporary dental prosthesis by method of computer milling from polyurethane.
