FIELD: plastic working of metals, in particular, process for manufacture of multilayer hollow and shell-type parts from thin-sheet materials.

SUBSTANCE: method involves preparatory operations for producing of layer blanks and simultaneously drawing said blanks in die, with thin-sheet metal being used as material for outer layers and metal or non-metal wire net material being used as material for intermediate layers; performing simultaneous drawing procedure in two steps: first step including drawing in die by means of elastic punch for obtaining of semi-finished product with non-detachable joining of upper and intermediate layers provided that blank material does not go through the entire depth of wire net material upon bunching, and second step including drawing in die by means of elastic matrix of resultant semi-finished product on punch with its form; repeating preparatory operations in accordance with number of layers of product.

EFFECT: increased strength, rigidity and noise insulating properties of parts.
