METHOD FOR LOW-WASTE BLANKING FROM SHEET MATERIAL ROLL (VERSIONS) Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC B21D28/02 

FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to stamping, in particular, to cutting of sheet material roll. At first step from sheet material roll cut two wastes in form of polygon, for example, trapezoid or triangle, one side of which is part of edge of the roll, top of triangle opposite edge of roll is rounded by line, which length is determined from condition of high resistance of puncheon and matrix for cutting said wastes. Two lateral sides of triangle along straight line or arc with sizes corresponding scanning angular sections of finished solid part in plan with taking into account features of plastic deformation of billet process allowance on semi-finished product in production of this part. At second step is performed by cutting billet from sheet material roll along arc parallel or close to parallel corresponding arcs of front and rear outlines in plan finished part, which will be punched from said billet, and this arc cutting passes through tops of cuts in roll of sheet material. For all versions cutting of shaped billets is carried with contour of out previous blank overlay inside contour of next billet.

EFFECT: higher precision of cut blanks due to improved conditions of forming opposite angles of retractable part and roll feed pitch.
