FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and may be used for drawing half-stock from blanks. After drawing half-stock and withdrawal of female die from male die at single-action or multistation automatic press during detachment of pressed half-stock from die working surfaces, compressed air is forced to half-stock edges to detach said edges from die working surfaces.
EFFECT: higher accuracy and quality, lower costs and labor input.
