SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in medical detachment and other parts pf medical service. Proposed aeromobile laboratory for ultrasonic diagonostics contains interconnected block room of doctor providing ultrasonic diagnostics and block-room of doctor-chief of mobilization carried field, marine, air module for ultrasonic examination of the wounded. Block rooms include two portable ultrasonic scanners containing portable computers connected with high-speed controllers, radiomodems, infrared transceivers with ports, and high-speed controllers with radiomodems are connected with digital communication receive-transmit radio stations operating in interference-free of frequencies of 5.725-5.825 GHz with range of cover not less than 30 km. Mobilization carried module includes wireless automated control system made on base of two digital communication receive-transmit radio stations and infrared local microcomputer network of laboratory interconnecting, by infrared channels, notebook of portable digital complex, two sets of portable computers of ultrasonic scanners and pocket computer of laboratorial connected through infrared transceiver with infrared port. Microcomputer network is connected by radio channel of receive-transmit radio stations of laboratory and laboratory diagnostic center of special-purpose medical detachment to carry-on computers of local computer network of laboratory diagnostic center provided with set of standard digital communication interfaces connected with infrared communication system of laboratory diagnostic center of special-purpose medical detachment, military clinical hospital, base and specialized front-line and rear hospitals. Microcomputer network uses for transmission and reception of data from infrared communication system of laboratory diagnostic center at a speed of not less than 4 Mbit/s the ports of infrared remote access by means of communication system transceivers in range of length of infrared waves of 850-880 nanometers, and set of standard interfaces for loading lines of digital network of infrared communication with minimum range of cover not less than 25 m at minimum power of transmitters.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of ultrasonic diagnostics of wounded at different stages of medical evacuation.
