SUBSTANCE: transport has technical evacuation means, as well as detecting, accounting, sorting out, diagnosis and rescue devices. Said devices allow first aid and medicinal aid to be rendered. Apparatus has medicinal sections including special, sanitary and therapeutic-and-diagnostic equipment, instruments and medicinal facilities. Research section has on-board radar detection complex, portable designation and reflexotherapeutic equipment of general and individual usage. Section for evaluating state of severity of sufferers has complex for taking solution in rendering aid to sufferers with regard to time and site. Said complex has automatic systems for accounting data on sufferers and sorting out and forecasting survival of wounded people. Resuscitation and intensive therapy section has on-board complex of telemedicinal subscriber's center, as well as wireless system for controlling rescue of wounded people on the basis of local computer network. Apparatus is furnished with internal and external communication means, as well as sufferer diagnosis and rescue means. All sections are equipped with working places for medicinal personnel, auxiliary catering and rest sites. Special sections are equipped with places for seriously and slightly wounded people.

EFFECT: reduced lethality of wounded people due to increased extent of solution of operative tasks.
