FIELD: mechanical engineering; diesel engines.
SUBSTANCE: invention to fuel devices of diesel engine. Proposed fuel system for diesel engine contains high-pressure pump with delivery valve provided with shutoff member pressed to seat by spring, seat being formed in valve space. Shutoff member disconnects valve space from overplunger space of pump. Fuel system includes also hydraulic locking nozzle. Said nozzle contains differential needle installed in spray tip forming blanked overneedle space and underneedle space in body and connected through channel with overneedle space and by high-pressure pipe, with space of delivery valve. Shutoff member of delivery valve is made in form of differential needle with forming of overneedle space with spring and pusher plate communicating with fuel reservoir, and underneedle space communicating through channel in valve body with high-pressure pipeline.
EFFECT: improved starting properties of diesel engine, preventing of needle jamming in nozzle at slow speed of engine.
