FIELD: technology for packing free-flowing materials, primarily foodstuffs, drugs, etc.
SUBSTANCE: material being batched is loaded into weight-measuring bunker with lower unloading aperture and weight of the bunker together with material present in it is measured, batched material is dispensed by evacuating feeder with adjustable productiveness, receiving platform of which is positioned with adjustable gap below lower unloading aperture of weight-measuring bunker, area of receiving platform of evacuating feeder envelops projection of lower unloading aperture onto this platform, relation of area of receiving platform of evacuating feeder to area of lower unloading aperture exceeds in 1,2-1,8 times the relation of square height of prism of natural face of material being batched at maximal value of adjustable gap to square height of this prism at zero value of aforementioned gap, maximal productiveness of evacuating feeder is less than flow of material being batched from weight-measuring bunker in case of free flow of material being batched, value of batch is determined in first batching cycle as decrease of weight of weight-measuring bunker in current batching cycle minus the weight of material on transporting portion of evacuating feeder, while in following batching cycles as decrease of weight of weight-measuring bunker, originally in each batching cycle until full evacuation of weight measuring bunker pressure force of weight-measuring bunker and productiveness of batching are determined, then weight-measuring bunker is filled with material being batched and batching is performed on basis of productiveness of evacuating feeder with appropriate pressure force of weight-measuring bunker.
EFFECT: increased productiveness of free-flowing materials batching.
