FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to weight-measuring equipment and may be used to batch loose products in flow and batch weighing of large masses of loose products. Effect is provided due to the fact that separation of product flow falling through calibrated hole into portions is carried out with a rotary batcher, which guides flow of product in turns into at least four weight-measuring devices, each of which operates according to closed cycle, which consists of the following working phases: weighing of empty weight-measuring device, loading of weight-measuring device by portion of product, weighing of filled weight-measuring device and unloading of weight-measuring device. At the same time operation of all weight-measuring devices is carried out parallel in time with displacement of single working phase of each subsequent weight-measuring device, and sequence of weight-measuring device succession and its working phase is defined accordingly by direction of batcher rotation and its actual position. Establishment of product portion value loaded into weight-measuring device, its variation and correction in process of weighing depends on speed of batcher rotation set by unit of information control and processing.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at higher accuracy and speed of loose material batching.
