SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with blood sampling (0.02 ml) to put the sample into physiological solution (4 ml) stained with gentian violet at 10 mg/100 ml physiological solution. After a 5-min-long staining a tube's content should be mixed with a glass stick and put onto Goryaev's counting chamber to detect stained mycotic spherules and fulfill their quantitative detection in 100 large squares. The innovation suggested provides quick diagnostics of pecilomycosis.

EFFECT: higher accuracy and rate of diagnostics.
