FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used for diagnosing endothelial dysfunction in pregnant women. That is ensured by centrifugation of patient's venous blood, separation of non-platelet plasma and desquamated endotheliocytes. That is combined with desoxamated endotheliocyte morphometry. Average equivalent diameter of desquamated endotheliocytes is determined. Mean equivalent diameter of desquamated endotheliocytes more than 30 mcm is evaluated as an indicator of normal functional state of endothelium. Mean equivalent diameter of desquamated endotheliocytes 30 mcm and less is an indicator of endothelial dysfunction in pregnant women.
EFFECT: invention enables higher accuracy of cytological diagnostics of endothelial dysfunction and provides early diagnosis of vascular disorders in pregnant women.
