X-ray contrasting agent represents oily contrasting substance as an aqueous emulsion. Oily X-ray contrasting agent consists of linoleic acid diiodoethyl ester, 5% of linoleic acid ethyl ester, Tween-80 and Span-80 as pharmaceutically acceptable excipients and sodium monophosphate with pH value 7.4 taken in equal amounts. Invention provides preparing the domestic X-ray contrasting agent with lower viscosity index that can be used in safety systemic using. The preparation shows the moderate allergic effect and doesn't show immunotoxic effect in diagnostic doses. These properties and high X-ray contrasting capacity provides using the proposed preparation for one-two-fold systemic using. Invention can be used in radiation diagnosis in angiography, computer tomography and lymphography.
