FIELD: producing composition material.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises determining actual trajectory of lying the composition belt on the mandrel by tracing variations in boundaries of the wound sections, correcting winding, and developing the control winding programs for winding and shaping the shell. The device comprises mandrel, spreader, and two video cameras. One of the ends of the composition belt is secured to the mandrel at the initial point of winding curve. The spreader is set at the initial point of the calculated trajectory. The cameras survey the section between the mandrel and spreader.
EFFECT: enhanced precision of winding.
